The nature of sweeping views of city and coast is a trait aspired by all Bay Area architecture. However, the interior construction of an apartment in a high rise building presents many conceptual and systematic issues. This apartment was conceived not as a conventional set of small functions but as a diorama collecting views and presenting them as extensions of the interior surface treatment.
