James Hardie Siding - South Minneapolis
On this vintage 1920’s south Minneapolis home we removed the aged slate siding and stripped the exterior down to the original sheathing. We then installed James Hardie fiber cement four inch smooth lap siding. The corners and the window trim are James Hardie NT3 5/4 trim. We removed all of his existing soffit/ fascia and installed a vented aluminum soffit and fascia system.
Also the front porch was sagging so we installed a new header(beam) which straitened it out nicely. To finish it all off we install a custom composite railing on the porch roof.
