How to Flip a Condo
A three level condo townhouse, lived in by the same people for 15 years. Gross broadloom was removed from all three levels. And replaced with a solid laminate flooring. We shopped around and found a great deal at Costco. And considering its a floating floor, it felt very solid underfoot.
