Houghton-Smith Farmstead

The main block of this historic farmstead in Princeton dates to the 1760s, but the smaller wing next to it may be even older, as it originally had a large cooking fireplace and beehive oven. Over the course of several projects, we have restored and renovated the house in accordance with standards allowing for Preservation Tax Credits, have made improvements once the owner took possession after a rental period and have helped the owner (who is a professional chef) obtain permission to teach home cooking classes ~ http://ezekielstable.com/ Photo by T.
