Heritage Wine Cellar
This wine cellar is located in the basement of a well-appointed, turn-of-the-century home. The clients wanted the wine cellar to look as if it was original to the house. Sustainably harvested Canadian Eastern Maple was stained Dark Walnut. Despite it's heritage feel, concealed in the walls is a cutting edge, water-based cooling system which breathes through discreetly placed grills on the wall. The layout of the room was designed for plenty of display areas for both wine and art objects. The handmade door sports wrought iron from a local blacksmith shop and allows a glimpse of the cellar before you enter.
