Goodbye grass, Hello San Diego landscape!
This ranch style home had nothing but water thirsty lawn. The lawn was replaced with low water, low maintenance plants. "Puddles" of cobble create a dry river look that double as a rain garden. A new colored concrete driveway/entry way combo was installed with a geometric grid pattern. The geometric pattern was echoed in the landscape with a square raised planter. The curves of the cobble areas and the plants soften the geometric shapes.
