Floating Peninsula Concealed Utility
Floating peninsula. The addition of a breakfasting peninsula to our latest project was the ideal alternative to an island, less space taken up with all the advantages of forward facing cooking that a island provides. The concealed utility incorporated within the tall bank of furniture was a main design consideration during our design consultation. Walnut passe-partout inspired framing to the tall furniture provides a delicate nod to our clients new walnut dining table and credenza.
