Fairhaven, MA Home Gets New Roofing, Siding, & Windows!

A Colonial style home in Fairhaven, MA received the Care Free home spa treatment with a new CertainTeed roof, Mastic vinyl siding, Harvey windows, and a new portico! This busy family of six wanted a beautiful home with a maintenance free exterior – less stuff on the Honey-Do list meant more time for family fun! We started this project by stripping the old three-tab roof and installing a new CertainTeed Landmark roofing system in Weathered Wood. (We are a CertainTeed ShingleMaster – an accreditation that separates us from your pickup truck contractor) This roof comes with a SureStart™ warranty against manufacturer defects, StreakFighter™ warranty against shingle discoloration, and a wind rating up to 130 mph.
