This 1922 Edwardian underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2008-2009 to transform it from a pleasant but drab 3BR/2BA to a 4BR/4BA contemporary family home. A 3rd story was added to the home to add three bedrooms and two baths. One of the children's bedrooms, seen here, featured a schoolhouse pendant and natural light from the large windows which were frosted for privacy. A French door provided additional light and accesses a small patio with an emergency egress ladder to the light well for fire safety. New wood floors were installed to match the original floors in the home below.
