Dell Residence
The existing stair remained in place, but we replaced the existing front door with a window with a dormer above. The new front door was located so that a small existing office could be converted into the new foyer. What was once a dark cramped space is now a light-filled hall attached to a gracious front entry . Wide plank floors in a dark walnut color and new trim dress up the space.
