Dan & Dave - Family
Dan and Dave's fantastic loft apartment in Leeds, Yorkshire was an old mill that had been converted into apartments with exposed steelwork so had an industrial feel to it.
Dan chose most of the kit but took advice about how to make it work and to make in maintainable.
The style is quite timeless but with a contemporary twist.
The whole space is anchored around the large bath and surround. This meant that we had 'hidden' storage from the original footprint which we took advantage of via the built-in storage cupboard and alcoves and also using it to hide all pipework.
The sloping ceiling and exposed purlin presented a challenge with regard to lighting, but a simple scheme was eventually settled upon.
