Custom Boy Nursery that Dad Loves
The glider and hassock were custom upholstered in Doodlefish Bubbles fabric and corded in Chocolate Milk. The round shape of the hassock beautifully broke up the room of rectangles. By pleating the skirt on the hassock it transformed to a more masculine piece.
The bookcase showcases the clients belongings with a painted back panel that blends beautifully with the soft blue wall color. By painting the back of the bookcase we took off some of the "visual weight" of the piece.
Notice the Dr. Suess exerpts beautifully painted around the room just below the crown moulding.
