Key objective in this design was to open the kitchen to the great room. Several walls were removed (e.g., used to be a separate laundry room at the back of this photo) and the opening for the raised bar seating was framed. West-facing windows and doors were also replaced (view looks out to a lake, nice!) with Andersen units that had the integrated shade feature.
The cabinetry is Ultracraft Destiny with 2 door styles - a silver high-gloss slab thermofoil, and a cherry bordeaux stain wide-shaker.
