Complete Apartment Remodel with Classic Design Charlottesville Historic district
Built in the early 1980s, the McGuffey Hill condominiums combine traditional and contemporary design. We did a complete gut renovation of this condo.
We put in a new kitchen and new bathroom, installed all new ceiling lighting throughout and put in a new floor. We restored and installed historic
wood paneling to create the main focus feature of the living room around the existing fireplace.
