CGD Inc. designed/Installed this beautiful 3000 sq ft rooftop retreat in the heart of Chicago's Wrigleyville area. The client wanting a place to escape but didn't have backyard accessibility... So we created one for them...on their roof.
We created several rooms such as a lounge area, garden, dining room, kids golf, kids eating area and enclosed basketball/baseball area . CGD uses a European cladding technique in all of our design and High end long lasting natural materials such as Cumaru wood and Zinc in combination were used throughout this project.
