Salberg developed a striking 10,000 sq ft residence in
an exclusive development in the heart of Chelsea. Salberg appointed the professional team and coordinated the development process having to overcome structural and mechanical challenges. We awarded the architectural package to an internationally renowned designer adding value through specialist lighting, smart home technology and state of the art audio visual systems.
We adopted a ‘fast track’ construction approach by
overlapping the design and construction phases. This enabled us to add significant profitability to the project by completing the construction contract in an 18 month period.
