For many years our client had failed to gain the planning permission necessary to erect a garage alongside this grade ll listed building. Acting on the client’s behalf, Antonio successfully gained listed buildings consent and designed and built the 40 foot long garage; incorporating a workshop, oil store, log shed and loft storage area above.
