With previous access to the finished guest suite solely through a powder room, we reorganized the first floor spaces to create a more natural link between sitting, dining and kitchen while freeing up living space to take advantage of existing glass doors to a patio. The new private hall off the more engaging kitchen now leads to a new powder room and staircase to the guest suite.
