With views over the adjoining Bowral Golf Course, the site was relatively flat and created an ideal canvas to design this group of tranquil townhouses.
Architecture in Bowral is quite unique, with an eclectic mix of heritage, modern and cottage style dwellings. This unique Southern Highlands style was used as inspiration for this design, with high pitched roofs, gables, weatherboard, natural stone. The design intended to complement the character of the area while blending into the natural surrounds.
A selection of 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses, with high ceilings, exposed timber beams, ample glazing and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas overlooking the golf course.
