Beverly Hills media room
This hybrid Living Room-Media Room is located in Beverly Hills, California and features a 35-foot wide video projection dome that the client uses to view different images and video imagery to fit the mood or the evening. Four different video projectors combine to project a seamless image, and all video and images are fed by a special networked computer system.
Also available are the video sources that are available in this hybrid media room's surround sound system, such as Blu-ray, DirecTv, AppleTV, and any of the surveillance cameras.
A LED backlit onyx fireplace rounds out this incredible Living Room space. You can change the colors of the fireplace from the Crestron color touchscreen, see the other picture here that shows the fireplace lit in yellow and a different image on the dome. This project has won "Best Media Room" and "Best Integrated Home" from CEDIA and the "Amazing Application" award from Electronic House magazine.
