Septuagenarian bathroom renovation includes provision for grab rails (nogged out in wall) if needed in the future. Mirror cabinet is semi inset into wall cavity to give sufficient depth for storage. A beautiful, established garden can be enjoyed throughout. There is underfloor heating, ducted heating, and excellent exhaust fan to combat any dampness and keep my cold-blooded clients warm in Victoria. The cat loves this room and is often found underneath the vanity!
