Atkins House
The client commissioned Ardent to develop a renovation/extension to their existing mud brick house in Eltham. The existing house was originally a granny flat to the adjoining property before it was subdivided off for sale.
The granny flat was a single bedroom, single bathroom dwelling with kitchen and living area. With a growing family the clients wanted to achieve a 3 bedroom house with living area.
