Anemanthele lessoniana pheasant's tail grass (syn. Stipa arundinacea)

A previously unused area with a mass of gravel and lawn, this design was created with a limited budget in mind. The gravel area was incorporated into the main design element, with planting from the borders spilling over into the gravel. Prairie style planting gives a romantic feel and a wow factor is achieved with giant box balls we were able to source from Holland. The area receives full sun and a cobbled dining area creates a perfect area to enjoy a morning coffee and croissant, transporting you from Lancashire to Provence.
