'All about Glass', A Family Entertaining Backyard
This was a fun garden to design and build! This is one of my most enjoyed family backyards ever! The Owner's are entertainers and have guests almost every weekend!
We call it 'All About Glass' because of the amount of glass used in different ways throughout the project. This project features a winding free form infinity pool with raised spa and spillway, all lit with color changing lighting. The pool also has a waterslide, glass waterfall, custom stainless steel handrails and Oceanside glass tile.
A wood patio cover covers the main patio and spa. The patio is a combination of sweeping stone and sand finished colored concrete.
There is a full open-air pavilion with full outdoor kitchen and fireplace with dining area leading to the full Sport Court with two basketball hoops, free throw lines and a full volleyball court.
A lower area beyond the infinity is what we call the 'Rio Deck' because of the fun inset glass paving and free form fire pit.
The colored lighting of the pool, spa, glass waterfall, glass paving and under step lights are all synced with the Jandy Control system and change color in uniform.
