Alcove Units and Storage
FINCHLEY, LONDON
Project goal:
To have shelving for a large collection of books utilising 4 alcoves in the lounge and dining room.
The client wanted a traditional look, mixed with some contemporary elements.
Materials:
Lower cabinet interior made from white egger MFC laminated board. Shaker doors, shelving and framework made from moisture resistant MDF with a white polyurethane lacquer.
Contrasting shelving made from 26mm Oak veneered MDF with a 10% acrylic clear lacquer. Blum hinges and fixings used throughout.
