Built as a replacement to a prior garage that had been destroyed by a hurricane, the structure was designed as an accessory house. This free standing structure has four automobile bay; three occupy one side, with ample storage above, while the other separate bay serves as a fully functional auto shop, complete with a lift and professional tools.
