68" $2K I like this look too... And at 68" it will just fit on the old porch @90Champ
1st floor, LRM2 wall @ bottom of stairs? LED spot lit. $95
55x36 and has reversible door. Would require 'xing' out the window.... Optional SlimLine shower base available (sold separately) < both of these same mfg shower enclosures have this caveat
48x36 is fit leaving window in place and maybe eliminating the closet for 2rd bedroom all together...
use over GE induction cook top in combo w/ a GE over/under MW & convection oven
$1700 on sale...hmm...2 person sauna (for Master Suite?
for $619 includes the toilet (which is adj from 15>19" H
D = 14" that's the ticket for 1st floor and, maybe 2nd floor main WC. Master too? Depends on that space thing, again. 14" (+ 2x6 wall for the in-wall water systems) + 1/2"rock x2).
2x6 system, 1/2 the comptetitview price (on sale) that was also 1/2 off (~$900>$450) PLUS the toilet so...there's that $$ thing again but...space savings and that (if the 2x6 framing doesn't negate the space saving s downstairs (at least) might mean this could be critical in that tight 1st flr .5 bath/laundry room
so...in wall tank is 6" D (this model) so... How many inches do I 'save' by going wall mounted and needing 2x6 framing for the water wall? X2 for the B2B 2nd floor WC concept... PLUS, substantially more cost, btw.
need 'in wall' tanks = may be a 'challenge' for the b2b (back to back) concept for and floor.... and/or depth of wall required to 'hide' the tank system, even on the gnd flr
$700 for a $3000 tub!?!
2nd floor 36x36 only
only $38/pair (v $173 for wood / composite so...there's that
