1. If possible have a Widow walk w/spiral stairs from deck (not Sunroom). Concern is building height.
2. Use composite decking material.
3. Room for BBQ and Smoker.
4. Door to Kitchen.
5. Steps to ground floor patio.
6. Door to Sunroom
7. Deck to be on 2564 Shellbark side (Kitchen too)
8. Natural gas and Electrical lines.
9. Will we need a lightning rod?
