1. Driveway to be 28 feet radius on 2564 Shellbark side.
2. Small pillars with lights at driveway entrance.
3. Mailbox on edge of 2564 Shellbark side of driveway.
4. 14 foot wide driveway (this is 15% of front).
5. Driveway cement with brick edging (brick to match 1st floor outside brick).
6. House placement to be as close (5 foot easement) to nature preserve on left side of house.
7. If needed put removable bridge for walkway on nature preserve side.
8. House to be place 50 feet from street (or best placement but as close to 50 as possible).
9. Patio in back to include fire pit/place.
10. Patio to be concrete with brick edging (to match 1st floor brick).
11. Steps from 2nd floor deck to patio.
12. Gazebo in lot notch to be designed later (check with cost to go through ACC). If costly to resubmit plan on now.
13. Keep front yard as natural as possible maybe add a few dogwoods (enough to hear the bark).
