A 900 x 900 mm island 800mm tall, with the space under on the cooker, sink side, would be good for kneading upon. The cupboard doors would face the table, and under the island could be a recycling bin if needed. Turned round 90 degrees and a stool would fit as in this picture. The one in the picture must be bigger than 900 square, as it has 2 stools I suppose.
