3. Wood flooring.
4. Powder room not to be seen from entry or dining room (yuck).
5. First floor to have 10 foot ceilings, if possible entryway to have cathedral ceiling (not an absolute).
6. Double doors or single arched door.
7. Deck outside to be 8 foot (if possible) and made of composite.
