Leslie had this AMAZING IDEA - Lets put a cool roll cart in the pantry that has all of my baking supplies , especially the big mixer...on it. Then when I need the mixer I roll it out and either plug in the mixer while on the cart - or move the mixer to the island. LOVE THIS IDEA...it solves my baking center need.
Looking for this in the dining room. with the live edge dining table natural alder or ash or maple WHITEWASHED door frames with the white/gray paint boxes. Maybe the tall full cabinets next would be natural? or are those frames enough of a pop - Gorgeous! We can define finishes for the cabinetry once we clarify the entire finish palette in our next 2 meetings - Talli

*****. I love love this hood. What if we wrapped the bottom of the metal hood with the white washed wood to match the door frame of the dining hutch. the top of the hood needs to rise above the top of the cabinets.
like the stone top on the island ** what if we cut the marble top into 4 pieces and had it look like is was pieced more like grout? would that be cool?
