These are inset again, but the applied molding visual is close here.

These are custom, appear to be Europeon frameless but they have the 2" or more strip of wood in between the upper and lower doors. I would do it differently, but the concept is similar.

These appear to be face frame cabinets and it's hard to see but there is definitely some detail between the doors

these are inset construction so that does not apply (the frame all around each door) but there is an applied molding that is proud of the doors in between the upper and lower doors
