We could do this layout ..... the right side would be 36" the left side 36" with 2' of shelving
This is what it would look like without the very uppers and the right side will be a bit longer.
This is way too large but the idea of no cabinets next to the hood....
I love these really thin cabinets for spices and stuff.....
Very cool .... you can probably do this. You have 5' so could have a 2 1/2' opening.....might be tight.
