Elixir: Vineyard
“Wine is sunlight, held together by water.”
—Galileo
In the soft and dulcet skies of a mid-summer sunset can be found the same rosy and languid hues of a glass of Provençal Rosé wine.
Wine is the life-blood coursing through a body called ‘terroir’ (land, soil, climate, as well as time & place). So with each sip we renew our connection to the land and take back something that we have offered it.
The elixir of life? Perhaps not… but, oh! how it makes the life worth living.
