convert a desk to a vanity? I think I like the hamper on the shelf, helps keep it tidy, as long as it is easy to open and use. Might just do a regular basket/bin

the shape and structure of the room with white walls and ceiling fan are exactly how I envision my master suite. But I want dark wood floors and not completely white bedding, I like some color!

I like all the windows for light, and a big "window" in the door that opens for air. I think I like the door, concept, but it may complicate the design of outdoor/indoor flow.
