Ok so your room is 11x13 so you can do a 23” wide light and your ceilings are about 9’...
that means the largest light you can put over the table is: 23” in width...52” in length and chandelier height not counting any chain is 35“..... I love that capiz chandelier but it really is a bit small For your table and room...I am hoping you didn’t buy it yet? We can find a larger one with the same style....
