Hi the cost would depend upon your location in part ,as well as the existing conditions:
i.e the width depth of the landing and the landing products also the siding on the house
This particular portico cost closer to $7500
All of the products in my Portico's are made of Azek
I have just finished a very similar one to this that ran a little less and has a fantastic railing detail I will post some more pictures of our most recent projects soon
