Just thought of a way to hide the drum sets, etc...have a screen that pulls down from the ceiling. Then use a short throw projector either mounted on the ceiling or sitting on the floor to project artwork and/or a studio logo onto it.

How about an indoor planter along one wall? We currently have a water pipe coming in near the exit door to the outdoor stairs...maybe when you walk in you are facing a wall with plants inside it (using drip irrigation)? Also love this floor color...very soothing with hints of brown and gray...
