Slight variance in depths (and counter heights) break up the wall of cabinets. Apply same idea to coffee cabinet and entertaining bar. Wouldn't necessarily do entertaining bar in another color, but maybe?

Again, like the layout, just shrink the sink and move to left. Like that glass storage is enclosed so I don't accidentally knock them from underneath. Wouldn't have varying depths of counter and lower cabinets, though.
