If we need to have a beam at the front of the house we like the look and feel of this one.

Here is another example of a pillar - if we need to have a support one in the house one like this or made of other stone would be cool. I also like the stairs being wood.

I would like natural light in the ensuite bathroom - a window like this would be great. I tend to like stand alone bathrubs and white bathrooms - I am not into grey being an accent colour. I am fine with blue accent colours however I don't know if Andrew is. We will have to talk about this. I also like the stone. Both Andrew and I like wood and stone.

I really like the ceiling and the comfortable furniture in this room. I don't think this can fit with our house but it was one of the reasons I chose you as a designer because I liked your attention to the details.

I am all about the double sinks and plenty of drawer and cupboard space in the master bathroom. I would like to have a soaker tub as I use the claw foot tub in our house often.

I like the white kitchen and the warmth of the hardwood floors and the colour that is added - blue, coral and yellow.

I like the idea of these windows in the kitchen or in the tv room to brighten it up, in combination of sky lights or if we don't go with skylights.

I like the skylight - I want the kitchen to be bright and have windows and a skylight if we can't have a door to the courtyard at the front of the house. I also want to ensure that we have a stove and a warming stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge (does not have to be big) and space to put wine outside of the wine fridge somewhere in the house. Andrew loves to read in the morning in the kitchen with his first coffee of the day. He is either at the island with his laptop or in a comfortable chair with his book.

I like how the vacuum is hid away and the cleaning supplies are tidy. This would be great in the laundry room.
