Reply to: Since we are still discussing this, I did some research. Non slip vinyl and rubber seem to be a much better alternative. Reply to: If you think you might like some color SW sea salt looks lovely on pics I've seen of it used in bathrooms: I am not sure what color this is, but the whole room including the roman shade is an inspiration pic for my master bath remodel (a few years off). I might do a film on the window so the shade would be more to add color and fabric: I will do a beadboard wainscot because that is the style of my house.
