Love the tall ceilings. We will have a ficus tree, orange tree, lemon and lime trees in the room so tall ceilings are important.
Cozy
Like the ability to close the sunroom off from the rest of the home so that on the coldest days, when it is overcast, the room can be closed off so the rest of the house does not lose heat out the windows. Want it warm enough on cold winter days to sit in and soak up sun--perhaps a wood fireplace to supplement a heating/cooling system with separate control for this section? Passive Solar? Ceiling windows with a day to cover or passive solar that makes it not too hot. I want to keep plants in this room along with seating for reading.
