Reply to: I agree with John. Our cabinets don’t technically “match” the appliances, but the color that does (rock candy- SW) looked VERY blue in our kitchen, and we didn’t want blue cabinetry. we love how it turned out!

Reply to: Cafe' provided the following color matches to Matte White: SW 6231 Rock Candy BM Oxford White BM Chantilly Lace I am using the Cafe' 36" French door refrigerator in a renovation of an old shingle cottage in NW MI. SW is not available w/o driving 30 miles, so BM from Ace Hardware it is. Oxford looks right up against the appliance in sunlight, Chantilly Lace is a stronger, warmer white. I think BM Oxford White is quieter and has more of a vintage look. On the chip card it does look grayer than Chantilly Lace.; on the birch used to build the cabinets it's not as noticeable, but there is a difference.

Reply to: I did Chantilly Lace in our kitchen on most of the cabinets and walls (different paint finishes) but mixed in white oak stained cabinets where we put the white French door oven and refrigerator. Our counter tops are a quartz which is white leaning towards gray background with large thin veining. We also did a white Kohler farmhouse sink. Our hardware is Sutton style from Jeffrey Alexander in satin bronze which looks great with the bronze Cafe handles. We love how it all turned out. I would not stress about matching the white to the appliance color. All of the white tones mixed with the stained white oak turned out fantastic! It did take a long time for the Cafe white appliances to come in but they were worth the wait! We have a large family and love to cook and they wipe clean like a dream- no fingerprint issues like stainless steel.
