It is Daltile limestone natural stone plank tile. My granite is much like the one shown in this photo. The combination works well.
Backsplash - I saw your reply regarding porcelain tile with metallic finish. Do you happen to know brand or item number and size of each tile. The best bet would be Dal Tile, which has very similar tiles which I've used before. Dal Tile Metal Effect & Dal Tile Metal Fusion are a very close match and a quality product.
