backsplash?

Hard to know how natural this really looks. I need to run by a design store to really look at engineered quartz. I saw a friend's caesarstone and it was almost totally white - which was less appealing to me.

"carrera" quartz (not for island, but, surrounding counter tops)

Like island butcher, consider dark quartz outlining (or soapstone), floor is too dramatic, cabinet hardware is too modern. Like weathered brick backsplash. Too country? Granite composite farmhouse sink?
