This looks like really expensive synthetic turf - nice!

Synthetic Turf - Maybe we could do synthetic turf between the pool and current patio section - perhaps we should extend the turf between the concrete sections where we currently have rock...?

Cool wall and fence. Why is all the cool stuff from Australia?

I like the wood up to the coping - warms it up. I like the tile on the steps and in hot tub if we don't do pebble tech or something similar. I like that the hot tub isn't raised too much.

Could we put a deck in the back corner of the yard? And possibly off the doors coming out of the house. It could potentially coordinate the walkway roof (underside with tongue and groove) between house and pool rear garage/pool house and the new roof I'd like to do someday on the current covered patio.

Trees could be nice along the north and east side of the pool in the 5 ft setback area. If these can be trimmed and maintained small. Would look nice with uplighting at night.

If we do decking other than concrete, I like this color.

Nice size beach area. I love the wood- it warms up the decking. Maybe composite decking could work?

Simple shape, grass is nice.

I like these fountains. Maybe just one or two would be fun!
