Shortlist

Hello - decided to narrow down to 1 or 2 homes - whose exterior appeal is sort of like my "dream home".

Just noticing also the Supports under addition. Noticing also, that like "dream house" these are decorated and connected to a design (trim) above the support.

See small windows under gable. Consistently used in multiple directions under or over roof. An option alternative to dream house.

Vertical supports and railing. Example for how our addition can be supported over back patio. Similar to other example of white addition over back patio.

Q

Love the color of the wood stain, and also the vertical support style - decorative touches.

For our back patio - similar supports as under "Dream house" addition, and framing the patio, only in the dream house it seems that 2 colors are used for greater effect.

Perhaps this decorative small ridge and pretend window on it (At the very top) can be mimicked over the front roof? I was thinking that this would not be a big ridge breaking the roof-line or over the porch, but just a decorative peak over some part of the large area of sloping and raised front roof.

This is my Dream house! Idea for Decoration below Gable Roof. Referring to small triangle, diamond window, and horizontal line combination on higher roof.
