Powder room-satin brass fixtures, vessel bowl, fun fixture, maybe stone tile wall, stained vanity.
Master-no glass-drying area, window, 2 niches, bench, linear drain, feature wall w/tile if avail. Use UB by Moen. Need Linen, W/C room w hide a feature for plunger. Washer/Dryer in Master
Pool bath-a 2 part room -including changing area, possibly washer/dryer-folding area. Hanging for towels, bathing suits. Linen for towels. Exterior has rinse off area and feet cleaning. W/C and sink in other section.
Guest Baths-tiled with sinks, glass door showers-sunk into tile and linen closet.
All light quartz-painted vanities, some in wall plumbing.
Toilets to have matching handles.
Flooring-dura-ceramic grouted.
Liked prior tile that was chosen
