Leather floor - We find it a much better choice over hardwood. It has a texture to it, so if you were to dent it or scratch it, it would be more camouflaged then hardwood. Our clients complimented how it was warmer than hardwood. And with this leather we didn't have the problem of peoples foot prints on it. As a show home and some days 150 people walking through the house it was much easier for us as we didn't have to clean the floors everyday :-)

Elad Gonen & Zeev Beech Save to Ideabook Email Photo Painted floors are an ideal choice for the warmth and color of a rug combined with the ease and charm of hardwood floors. Using similar tones to those of the walls and furniture gives a uniformity and flow to the room, while opposing colors on the floor adds interest. Rolling your hardwood floors with a bold color can be an inexpensive and dramatic choice for refinishing damaged hardwood floors.
